As a member of the Banking team, you will help financial institutions navigate transformation and drive growth by leveraging digital innovation, data, and technology. You will support clients in areas such as core banking modernization, payments, risk and compliance, and customer experience, enabling them to become more resilient, efficient, and customer-centric in a rapidly changing environment.

THE WORK:

Preparing business and system specifications

Supporting the integration of banking systems

Participating in business and system testing activities

Cooperating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle

Conduct analyses, support testing (SIT/UAT)

Act as a subject matter expert in the area of Cards

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Min. bachelor’s degree

Min. 2 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business-Systems Analyst in projects delivered for financial institutions (preferably within cards/payments area)

Experience working with card systems or card processing platforms (issuing or acquiring)

Domain knowledge of business areas in financial services (cards, payments, acquiring/issuing)

Very good understanding of card schemes and processes (e.g. authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks)

Knowledge of card network rules and standards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, ISO8583)

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cards and payments

Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process

Ability to gather and organize business and technical requirements

Experience in preparing detailed business and technical specifications and cooperating with IT, compliance, and business teams

Strong analytical skills

Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written & spoken) required

Nice to have:

Experience working in PCI-DSS compliant environments

Participation in PCI-DSS audits or remediation programs

Understanding of security and compliance requirements in card acquiring ecosystems
