Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Banking Strategy & Consulting member to support transformation projects in core banking, payments, and compliance. You will prepare detailed business and system specifications, collaborate with clients and IT teams, and assist in SIT/UAT testing.

The Work

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Min. bachelor's degree
• Min. 2 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business-Systems Analyst in projects delivered for financial institutions (preferably within cards/payments area)
• Experience working with card systems or card processing platforms (issuing or acquiring)
• Domain knowledge of business areas in financial services (cards, payments, acquiring/issuing)
• Very good understanding of card schemes and processes (e.g. authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks)
• Knowledge of card network rules and standards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, ISO8583)
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cards and payments
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• Ability to gather and organize business and technical requirements
• Experience in preparing detailed business and technical specifications and cooperating with IT, compliance, and business teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written & spoken) required

Nice To Have

• Experience working in PCI‑DSS compliant environments
• Participation in PCI‑DSS audits or remediation programs
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements in card acquiring ecosystems
