Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital initiatives within the banking sector. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects meet scope and quality expectations.

This role requires hands-on experience with mobile and digital customer journeys, public-facing websites, and a strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methods. You will report to senior stakeholders and drive alignment between business goals and digital

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering digital projects in banking/financial services.
  • Hands-on experience managing mobile and digital customer journeys within banking applications.
  • Experience with public-facing websites and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and external vendors.
  • Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and digital solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and report status to senior stakeholders.
