LeoVegas Group is seeking an experienced Java/Kotlin Engineer for Regulatory Reporting, focusing on Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot within a data engineering mindset. You will work on regulatory reporting features for a Netherlands-facing casino platform.
The role involves analyzing business requirements, API exploration, documentation, and building robust microservices with a strong emphasis on testing and performance tuning. On-call duties may apply quarterly.
You will join the team of high-skilled Engineers in the Regulatory Reporting Team, responsible for maintaining and developing regulatory reporting functionality for the casino platform in the Netherlands. The solution is mostly settled, but the team is working on improvements and evolutions as well.

Troubleshooting
Performance fixing and tuning
Testing (however, we keep working on automated tests)
You can also be asked to be available on-call a maximum of once per quarter (for a week of on-call availability you will get an additional 2 500 PLN net).
Min. 5+ years of experience using Java/Kotlin + Spring Boot framework
You have experience with MySQL
You have a desire to develop and work in the data engineering field and become an SQL expert, but no prior experience is required
You are familiar with microservice architecture
You speak English fluently (C1 level is a minimum, as we communicate mostly in English)
Experience with Kotlin and/or Kafka
