Job summary

Sprout Social Inc. in Kraków, Poland, is hiring a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. You’ll work across mobile, front-end, back-end and site reliability engineering in a fast-growing, production-scale environment.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and other engineers to deliver reliable systems at scale, write clean code with a Java/Python/MySQL stack, own deployments, review PRs, and help grow our team within a remote-friendly, office-optional culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years production software experience.
• Experience with OO languages (Java/C#/Python/C++).
• Professional English proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-tested production code.
• Partner with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and blockers.
• Own the code you write and deployments to production, identifying risks or issues.
• Review pull requests and design documents, applying established code patterns.
