Job summary

VM.PL Software House in Poland is seeking a UX/UI designer for a short, remote two-week sprint to design a Case Management Dashboard in Figma for a DACH region client.

You will translate backlog and personas into implementation-ready designs, focusing on information architecture, multi-step workflows, login/MFA screens, and a scalable component system.

English and Polish collaboration are required; July/August availability and remote engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• At least three years of UX/UI design experience for B2B SaaS.
• Experience designing dashboards, tables, complex forms and multi-step workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma, components, auto-layout, variants and developer handoff.
• Proficiency in English and Polish for collaboration and presentation.
• Full-time availability in July/August.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the user story backlog and materials prepared by the PO/PM.
• Refine personas and the key user scenarios.
• Prepare user flow maps for the platform's core processes.
• Design the most important Case Management Dashboard views in Figma, including: case list/details; statuses/history; document upload; login, MFA, session management; basic admin panel.
• Prepare components and annotations for smooth handover to development team.
• Collaborate iteratively with the PO/PM and Lead Architect.
• Present final designs in English during the Sprint Review.
