Job summary

LTM is looking for a Technical Support Engineer specializing in VM and Networking to join our Krakow team. This role involves providing technical support for Azure customers, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with engineering teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Azure Platform, Networking, and experience troubleshooting in cloud environments. Full-time, onsite role with the possibility of rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Azure Platform and virtualization.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals.
• Understanding of Virtualization concepts and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Azure customers.
• Identify tools and processes for customer issue assessment.
• Collaborate with PG engineering and operations team.

Skills

Knowledge of Windows Azure Platform

Networking concepts

Hands-on with PowerShell scripting

Experience with Hyper-V
