Volkswagen Financial Services Poland is seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Manager (Azure Services) to lead governance, operation, and evolution of our Azure cloud platform supporting critical business applications in a multi-hybrid environment. You will ensure security, reliability, and cost transparency while aligning platform capabilities with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud platform management or related IT leadership roles.
• Proven experience with enterprise-scale cloud environments andAzure governance.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management in international settings.
• Fluent in English and Polish; ability to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Azure cloud platform service portfolio and roadmap.
• Oversee daily platform operations across internal teams and external providers.
• Drive governance, automation, and cost transparency initiatives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to enable cloud adoption.
• Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
