Job summary

N-iX is on the lookout for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their Global Server Support team in Kraków, Poland. The role is focused on providing hands-on operational support across Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of cloud infrastructure experience with a solid background in Microsoft technologies. You'll be responsible for monitoring cloud services, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall service delivery within ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Strong Microsoft background, preferably transitioning from on-premises to cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure for development and DevOps work.
• Contribute to problem management and root-cause analysis.

Skills

Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure

M365/Modern Workplace experience

Working knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure

PowerShell proficiency

Excellent written and verbal English
