Job summary

Marshall Group is seeking an experienced Senior Integration Manager to define and own our Azure-based integration strategy across ERP, eCommerce, PIM, and related platforms. You will build and scale a dedicated integration function, partnering with business and IT teams to ensure stable operations and end-to-end processes.

You will lead a team, manage distributed/nearshore setups, and drive architectural governance with a bias toward scalable, secure data flows and APIs.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience leading integration platforms or integration-focused teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Group-wide integration strategy and roadmap.
• Own and evolve the Azure integration platform with a focus on scalability, stability, and security.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing integration team, including nearshore capabilities.
• Ensure reliable data flows and strong ownership across key business systems.
• Establish best practices for integration architecture, monitoring, governance, and compliance.
