Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks an experienced Technology Integrations Lead to drive design, delivery, and support of enterprise integration solutions in a Microsoft Azure environment.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management responsibilities, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations across the business, with remote work and occasional visits to the Łódź office.

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing and delivering Azure-based integration solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise integration projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and governance.
• Hands-on coding in C#/.NET or Java with API-centric design.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines and IaC solutions.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Technology Integrations Lead to drive the design, delivery, and support of enterprise integration solutions in a Microsoft Azure environment. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management responsibilities, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations across the business.

Location: Remote, with occasional visits to the Łódź office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration strategy, architecture, and technical delivery.
• Design, develop, and manage integrations and APIs using Azure Integration Services.
• Mentor and support integration developers and engineers.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
• Ensure governance, security, quality, and performance standards are met.
• Oversee operational support and maintenance of live integration services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and API Management.
• Development experience in C#/.NET or Java.
• Proven background in integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
