Job summary

Zoolatech is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data pipelines on an Azure-based PaaS platform. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data models and production-grade solutions.

You will work with Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Databricks, and PySpark to enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL across data warehouses and cubes.
• Hands-on with Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Databricks, and PySpark.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on the Azure PaaS platform.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Enable advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven use cases for commercial initiatives.
• Ingest, transform, and optimize large data sets while ensuring quality and performance.
• Apply DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards for production-ready solutions.
• Monitor stability and drive continuous improvement of data products.
