Sii Poland is expanding its Data & Analytics Competency Center to design and develop scalable data processing platforms in a cloud environment. You will build ETL/ELT pipelines, model data for analytics, and work with Azure Databricks and other Azure data services.

The role requires strong SQL and Python, Spark/PySpark experience, and the ability to collaborate with data analysts and BI teams. Polish and English language skills are essential for collaboration in a multinational setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing large data volumes and building scalable pipelines.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data processing and analytics.
• Experience with Spark/PySpark in distributed environments.
• Design and implement Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions.
• Cloud-based data processing projects on Azure (Databricks, Synapse, Fabric).
• Ability to communicate in English and Polish.

Responsabilités

• Designing, building, and improving scalable data processing platforms in Data Lake/Data Platform architecture.
• Create and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and processing in Azure Databricks.
• Model data structures for analytical and business needs.
• Implement data processing solutions (batch and near real-time).
• Monitor, optimize, and enhance existing pipelines and processes.
• Collaborate with data analysts, BI, and Data Science teams on data prep and sharing.
• Gather requirements and propose optimal tech solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
