Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design end-to-end Azure architectures for hybrid and on-premises environments. You will define compute, networking, security, and CI/CD pipelines while aligning with client migrations and onboarding plans.

The role requires leadership, strong English and Polish, and collaboration across global teams. You will work in a flexible setup with remote, onsite, and office collaboration, supporting large-scale cloud transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Azure cloud infrastructure engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure with advanced/Expert-level Azure certifications.
• Ability to oversee the work of development teams and translate requirements into backlog items.
• Experience designing highly available systems and Disaster Recovery strategies.
• Strong understanding of container technologies and orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments in Azure.
• Define and implement compute environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design cloud-native networking and security, including IAM and cost controls.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure reliability.
• Prepare migration plans to Azure and onboard clients.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to automate and optimize pipelines.
• Lead or support incident, change, and problem management.
