Job summary

LTM in Kraków is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Software Engineer with a focus on Azure AI, Cognitive Services, ML, and IoT. This role centers on supporting production environments, troubleshooting customer and platform issues, ensuring service reliability, and enabling timely incident resolution.

You will work closely with engineering, product, operations, and customers to drive issue resolution within SLAs, assist with deployment and maintenance of AI/ML and IoT workloads on Azure,

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience supporting solutions built on Azure AI, Cognitive Services and Azure ML.
• Strong incident management, production support and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with IoT devices, data ingestion and real-time processing.
• Familiar with CI/CD, containerization and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of cloud security, data privacy and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Azure AI, Cognitive Services, ML, and IoT in production.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to AI services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Analyze logs, telemetry, and service health data to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations and customers to meet SLAs.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AI/ML and IoT workloads on Azure.
• Help with performance tuning, reliability improvements and operational readiness.
• Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and workarounds.
• Participate in incident, escalation and problem management activities.
• Stay updated on Azure AI, ML, Cognitive Services and IoT platform changes.
