Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced AWS AI Architect to design and evolve enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions running on AWS. You will translate architecture principles into secure, scalable and reusable patterns with a focus on Amazon Bedrock and cloud-native services.

Expect hands-on delivery of production-grade AI/GenAI solutions on AWS, strong knowledge of Bedrock, and practical experience with agent orchestration, model routing, and guardrails. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering production-grade AI/GenAI solutions on AWS, with deep knowledge of Amazon Bedrock and AWS cloud-native services.
• Practical experience with agentic AI architectures, including agent orchestration, tool/function calling, model routing, authorization and guardrails.
• Strong understanding of RAG, vectorization, enterprise search and secure integration with enterprise data sources.
• Solid expertise in AWS security and cloud architecture, including IAM, networking, encryption, logging, monitoring, scalability and high availability.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices, ideally Terraform and CI/CD, combined with strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve AWS-native architectures for GenAI and agentic AI solutions, primarily using Amazon Bedrock and related AWS services.
• Define reusable architecture patterns for AI agents, models, RAG/knowledge solutions, memory, APIs, integrations and model routing.
• Design secure enterprise integration patterns covering IAM, networking, encryption, secrets management, permissions, guardrails and auditability.
• Define architecture standards for observability, Responsible AI, reliability, scalability and FinOps, including monitoring model usage and costs.
• Create architecture blueprints and technical guidance, support architecture/security reviews, and work closely with engineering and DevOps teams throughout implementation.

You will translate architecture principles into secure, scalable and reusable implementation patterns, with a strong focus on Amazon Bedrock, agentic AI, RAG, security and cloud-native architecture.
