Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA is seeking a technical Product Owner to lead the evolution of the Cloud Landing Zone Services across AWS. You will define the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with cloud engineers, architects, and security teams, and drive platform automation and standardization.

The role combines product leadership with hands-on cloud engineering, including Terraform development, IaC, and code reviews, while ensuring security, resilience, and cost optimization across the cloud

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Cloud Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of Product Owner, Platform Owner, Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Architect experience.
• Experience operating enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
• Experience working within Agile delivery models.
• Experience managing technical roadmaps and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and vision for AWS cloud platform services.
• Prioritize platform capabilities balancing business demand, security, compliance, and debt.
• Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, reliability targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to Terraform and IaC development and code reviews.
• Review and challenge technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Support engineering teams with solution design, troubleshooting, and decisions.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, platform standards, and reusable modules.
