Job summary

Creotech Instruments S.A. in Warsaw is seeking a Ground Segment Test & Integration Engineer to lead end-to-end test campaigns for satellite systems. You will plan and execute tests, integrate Space and Ground Segments, and define quality standards across projects.

You will mentor junior engineers, develop test procedures, and collaborate with systems engineers, software teams, and project managers to ensure robust verification of flight software and ground station interfaces.

what we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Test & Integration Engineer to join our ground segment engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of test campaigns for advanced satellite systems, integrating the Space Segment with the Ground Segment. As our space projects expand, this position offers a clear growth path toward leadership. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, define testing standards, and actively participate in building, scaling, and leading a future dedicated Test & Integration team.

• Test Campaign Strategy & Execution:Develop comprehensive Test Plans, define testing strategies, scope, and levels (e.g., unit, integration, system, acceptance testing) for flight software and ground station systems.
• Segment Integration:Coordinate and execute the integration between the Space Segment and the Ground Segment, verifying system interfaces, communication protocols, and data flows.
• Requirements & System Analysis:Analyze system specifications and mission requirements to author high-quality Test Cases and Test Procedures.
• Take ownership of the testing roadmap and quality engineering standards across projects.
• Act as the technical point of contact for systems engineers, software developers, and project managers
