Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst to join our Avaloq-focused QA team. You will design and execute tests across functional, integration, and regression scopes for banking software, ensuring quality throughout complex transformation programs.

You will collaborate with global clients and internal teams, leveraging JIRA/Confluence, SQL data analysis, and test automation to drive reliable, business-ready solutions in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably within Avaloq environments.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Business expertise in at least one banking domain area (e.g., Securities Operations, CRM, Payments, Interfaces).
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in an international team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, execute, and maintain test scenarios, cases, and data for Avaloq solutions.
• Validate requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Analyze test results and drive issue resolution with development teams.
• Contribute to test planning, reporting, and QA governance.
• Support use of JIRA and Confluence for collaboration and traceability.
• Exposure to CI/CD and modern QA approaches; maintain automation frameworks.
