Job summary

The Insurance Brokers Association of BC is seeking a licensed Customer Service Representative to support walk-in Autoplan transactions at the Maple Ridge Office. You will assist clients, provide quotes, and explain coverage options in a clear, professional manner.

With at least 1 year of ICBC Autoplan experience and a Level 1 BC General Insurance License, you will use PolicyCenter and internal systems to complete requests, maintain accuracy, and support daily branch operations while staying
