Job summary

BorgWarner is opening a New Validation Laboratory in the Blonie Plant. This role focuses on managing validation processes for test systems in automotive power electronics and drive validation, from design validation to production validation.

You will oversee customer test requirements, analyze data, and ensure timely test report delivery while collaborating across teams and supporting global operations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 4–5 years of testing/validation experience in automotive or related industry.
• Proficient with test equipment and Excel VBA.

Responsibilities

• Manage validation activities from concept to production launch.
• Ensure on-time test completion by managing critical path timing.
• Develop validation test procedures using various test methods.
• Analyze data and create test summaries and reports.
• Support Start Center activities and interface with customers.
