Accenture Sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a bilingual professional to help modernize sales, after-sales, and customer experiences for automotive OEMs and mobility players across Europe. You will co-create strategies, pilot new programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end change.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and German, and the ability to work in a hybrid model with travel to client sites across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent English (written & spoken).
• Proficient German (written & spoken).
• 2–3 years’ experience in at least one relevant area such as Sales operations, Digital Marketing, CRM/CX, or B2B sales transformation.

Responsibilities

• Co-create strategies and define operating models for modernized sales and after-sales experiences.
• Pilot and scale new programs—from agency sales to e-mobility offerings—using agile delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional Accenture teams to deliver integrated business and technology solutions.
