Job summary

Antal is seeking a System Software Production Support Engineer for a global automotive technology company. You will support production launches, software releases and troubleshooting of power electronics products.

You will act as the technical interface between manufacturing plants and Product Engineering, investigate issues, support software validation and contribute to process improvements. English required at B2+ level.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering or related field.
Experience in automotive product development and manufacturing support.
Knowledge of Systems Engineering, requirements management and ASPICE.
Experience with embedded software, software debugging and code analysis.
Knowledge of power electronics, traction inverters and electric drive systems.
Understanding of ISO 26262, FMEA and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical interface between manufacturing plants and Product Engineering teams.
Support root cause investigations, troubleshooting and corrective actions for system and software issues.
Support product launches, serial production and software releases.
Analyze software and system issues on test benches and production equipment.
Collaborate with software and systems engineers to resolve technical problems.
Support the development and maintenance of automation scripts and software components used in production testing.
Investigate warranty and field issues and share lessons learned with engineering teams.
Participate in FMEA reviews and support improvements in product reliability and manufacturability.
