Job summary

Algoteque seeks experienced hardware engineers to join a pool for confidential automotive, e-mobility and high-tech projects in Kraków. You will work on electrical systems, wiring, PCB design, and embedded hardware, collaborating with software, firmware and mechanical teams.

The role emphasizes designing reliable, production-ready solutions, hardware verification, and documentation across development to production transitions. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical engineering, electronics or hardware development.
• Strong expertise in one of two areas: Electrical (schematics, wiring, power distribution) or Electronics (PCB design, analog/digital circuits, power electronics).
• Experience with hardware integration, testing and debugging.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and specifications.
• Clear communicative English.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing electrical installations, wiring systems, electronic boards and hardware components.
• Creating and maintaining electrical schematics, circuit diagrams and documentation.
• Designing and reviewing PCB layouts and electronic circuits.
• Developing and integrating electrical or electronic systems and components.
• Supporting hardware integration, testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Cooperating with software, firmware, mechanical and systems teams.
• Participating in design reviews and providing technical recommendations.
