Job summary

ALTEN Polska seeks an embedded automotive engineer to create documentation for ECUs, coordinate feature delivery, and analyze customer specs in Kraków. You will work across teams to calibrate features, define parameters, and ensure quality on schedule.

Strong English, MS Office familiarity, and travel readiness are expected; knowledge of Python and automotive electronics is a plus. We offer full-time employment with Medicover benefits and opportunities to relocate within ALTEN Polska branches,

Qualifications

Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science.
Knowledge of electronics and measurement basics.
Familiarity with micro-controllers and SW programming.
Good English; team oriented.
Willingness to travel.
Experience in automotive electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create technical documentation for Body Control Module ECUs.
End-to-end responsibility for alignment, implementation and delivery of features.
Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications.
Support calibration and tuning of features on car lines.
Define parameters and functionality per customer requirements.
Coordinate teams and vendors for feature implementation.
Analyze feature performance in test drives.
Collaborate with software and test engineers.
Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
Maintain contact with the customer regarding the project.
Engage in technical innovations and organizational programs.
Ensure adherence to E&S quality standards and schedules.
