Astek is seeking an Automotive Software Developer (FBD/ST, CAN) for our client in the automotive industry. The role requires hands-on programming in FBD and ST, plus experience with CAN bus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the automotive industry at Mid or Senior level.
• Strong hands-on programming in FBD and ST.
• Knowledge of CAN bus communication, including troubleshooting.
• Experience developing software for vehicle controllers and ECUs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical, electrical, and functional documentation.
• Skilled at debugging software and solving technical problems.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Develop software for vehicle control systems using FBD (Function Block Diagram) and ST (Structured Text).
• Analyze existing code and implement new functionalities based on project requirements.
• Testing, debugging, and validating software to ensure proper system functionality.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues and CAN bus communication problems.
• Supporting the integration, commissioning, and testing of vehicle control systems.
• Analyzing technical, electrical, and functional documentation to support software development.
• Collaborating with software architects, developers, and electrical and electronics engineering teams.
• Documenting software modifications, technical solutions, and development activities.
• Delivering assigned tasks in line with project requirements, development processes, and timelines.
