Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking an Automation Specialist in Kraków to design and implement scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Python while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role supports testing, governance, and change management processes within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities include developing automations with UiPath, maintaining them for efficiency and reusability, and helping stakeholders through issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath preferred).
• Experience with databases and BI tools is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication in English.

• Design and document scalable automation solutions with SDDs.
• Develop and maintain automations using UiPath and Python.

Automation SpecialistFixed-term (3‑month probation followed by a fixed-term contract until December 2027)

Location: Kraków, Poland. Flexible and agile working arrangement with a blend of home office and office presence.

Responsibilities

• Design and document scalable automation solutions, including the creation of Solution Design Documents
• Develop and maintain automations using UiPath, Python, and related technologies, ensuring solutions are efficient, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with development standards.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to business stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and support Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Assess, develop, and implement change requests in accordance with established governance and change management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automations that drive operational efficiency and business value

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath (preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or NICE
• Experience in modelling databases in PostgreSQL/Azure Tables is an advantage
• Experience in managing SharePoint sites is a plusExperience in Power BI or any other business intelligence application – nice to have
• Very goodproblem solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in automation and related technologies.
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
