Team Connect is Poland’s leading nearshore and offshore IT provider. We seek an Automation Engineer to design and maintain automation for infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring in a hybrid Warsaw-based role.

Based in Warsaw, the position offers long-term cooperation, a training budget, English lessons, and dedicated supervisor support.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of IT experience with a background in automation.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell or Bash is required.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform and VMware ARIA Automation.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation across infra provisioning and config management.
• Write scripts for routine tasks and system integration.
• Use Ansible and Terraform/VMware ARIA Automation for IaC.
• Analyze IT processes and propose automation improvements.
• Provide 2nd line support and coordinate with other teams.
