Job summary

Altium is seeking a Software Engineer in Test to join our R&D team in Katowice on a 6-month contract. The role blends software development with QA testing to build automated testing solutions for Altium cloud products.

You will design test automation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive CI/CD integration while leveraging Selenium, SpecFlow, NUnit, and other tools. English communication is required for a global team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in test automation or software development
• English communication skills (written & verbal) required
• Experience with performance testing tools and techniques
• DB basic knowledge (MySQL, Firebird)
• Playwright experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA to define tests
• Execute automated and manual tests and report results
• Integrate testing into CI/CD and Agile processes
• Participate in code reviews and improve testing practices
