Job summary

AMC Insurance Brokers is hiring a full-time Korean-Speaking Auto Insurance Advisor to join our Coquitlam teams. The role requires a Level 1 BC General Insurance license (Level 2 preferred) and ICBC Policy Center experience.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ICBC Autoplan transactions, renewals, and policy changes using ICBC Policy Center
• Provide expert guidance on auto insurance options, coverage details, and registry services
• Cultivate enduring, trust-based relationships with clients and community members
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear insurance counsel in both Korean and English
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in internal brokerage systems
• Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Language: Proficiency in Korean (required)
• Licensing: Minimum Level 1 BC General Insurance license (or willingness to obtain with our support; preference for those holding or working towards a Level 2 license)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of ICBC Autoplan experience
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ICBC Autoplan, including Policy Center operations (familiarity with ICBC Batching is an advantage)
• Communication: Proficient written and verbal English and Korean communication skills
• Client Focus: Innate ability to cultivate enduring client relationships and deliver outstanding service
