Sii Poland is seeking an Atlassian Cloud Consultant to advise and facilitate business processes within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will be the main client contact, analyze requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, design implementations, and oversee migrations from Jira and Confluence on-premise to Cloud.

You will work closely with stakeholders, run workshops, support ongoing optimization, and ensure security and integrations align with best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Atlassian Cloud consulting with client migrations.
• Experience with workshops and stakeholder analysis.
• Migration projects from Jira/Confluence on-premise to Atlassian Cloud.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo integrations.
• Security architecture and IdP integration expertise.
• Process automation and integrations in Atlassian Cloud.
• Atlassian Collections and subscription plan familiarity.
• Excellent Polish and English communication; Polish residence.

Job description

As an Atlassian Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and facilitating business processes in the Atlassian environment, being the main point of contact for the client. Your task will be to analyze requirements and translate them into functionalities of the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will design and oversee implementations, ensuring their quality, scalability, and compliance with best practices, as well as support the client in optimization, automation, and integrations. Coordinating migration projects will be important – from analyzing source environments and client requirements, through the migration plan, to user support. You will combine analytical work with close collaboration with stakeholders, building long-term relationships.

Your tasks

• Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client in the area of Atlassian solutions – active collaboration, consulting, and coordination of activities
• Collaborating with the business to gather requirements and translate them into solutions within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
• Designing and implementing solutions, considering best practices and configuration principles
• Ongoing support and communication with the client – informing about new system capabilities, identifying gaps, responding to non-standard situations
• Actively collaborating with team members from Atlassian, coordinating work
• Ensuring the quality and optimality of implemented solutions, considering long-term business needs
• Ensuring quality and optimization of deployed solutions, taking into account long-term business needs
• Defining business requirements, planning, and coordinating the migration project from a business perspective

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience including consulting and advising on the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, supported by participation in projects with clients from various industries, including migrations from Jira and Confluence on-premise to Atlassian Cloud
• Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions and working with stakeholders, with the ability to analyze, design, and describe business processes and translate client needs into technical solutions
• Previous work on migration projects from Jira and Confluence on-premise to Atlassian Cloud
• Knowledge of the Jira platform, as well as tools like Confluence, Loom, and Rovo, along with an understanding of their interrelated functionalities and integrations
• Experience in advising on Atlassian Cloud Organization and Atlassian Guard, with a particular focus on security architecture and integration with IdP
• Proficiency in process automation, optimization, and integration within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
• Knowledge of Atlassian Collections, including proficiency in available subscription plans and the resulting functional differences
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, translate technical aspects into understandable language, and build relationships with clients
• Proactive approach to project management, with full responsibility for delivering the final result and a strong client orientation, collaboration with the project team, and quality of services provided
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English is required
• Required to be located in Poland

Nice to have

• Ability to build Automation Rules and work with Jira REST API, as well as knowledge of popular Atlassian Marketplace applications such as ScriptRunner, Tempo, Xray, BigPicture, or eazyBI
• Knowledge of additional Cloud applications (Focus, Talent, Compass, Bitbucket, Statuspage) and on-premise (Bamboo, Jenkins), as well as integration platforms such as OpsHub, Getint Integration Platform, or ScriptRunner Connect
• Experience working with Atlassian Data Center versions and holding Atlassian certifications
