Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking an Athlete Order Coordinator – VDC to manage daily order workflows for a portfolio of vendors, monitor SLAs, and ensure on-time shipment and accurate fill rates.

You will analyze vendor performance, coordinate with IT on EDI issues, run monthly audits, and help maintain SOPs and dashboards, while delivering strong vendor relations and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for all order management tasks within assigned portfolio of vendors
• Analyze vendor performance data through dashboards and BI tools to identify underperforming vendors and initiate follow-up actions
• Maintain and update systems to ensure orders are transmitted properly and coordinate with IT for EDI issues
• Conduct regular FedEx shipment audits to ensure POs are billed correctly and align with SLAs
• Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and process documentation
