Job summary

Genpact in Poland is recruiting an Associate - Trust & Safety to support credit data collection, validation, and daily risk operations within our AI-driven transformation.

You will prepare credit files, assist in financial analysis, and maintain compliance with internal policies while coordinating with team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Master's in Business Administration or Business Analytics preferred.
• English language proficiency required (Advanced - C1).
• Experience in credit data collection and risk analysis is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CISSP/CRCM/CRP certifications is a plus.
