Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager for the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Knee platform. You will support downstream marketing strategy, day-to-day operations, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and performance.

This role offers exposure to Sales, Upstream Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D, with growth opportunities in MedTech commercialization and digital marketing. Occasional travel to support field initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in marketing, product management, or a related commercial function (internship or co-op counts).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with data and creating presentations.
• Up to 20% domestic travel, including occasional overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Content Execution: develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Launch Support: plan go-to-market for new software and hardware releases; prepare field materials.
• Market & Performance Analytics: track KPIs, perform market research, and summarize findings.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: coordinate with Sales, Upstream Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Ops.
• Administrative & Operational Support: manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
