DICK’S Sporting Goods in Warszawa, Poland is seeking an Industrial Designer to shape product concepts from briefs to execution. You will design and develop products, apply CMF, define specs, and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure manufacturability and brand alignment.

You will create 3D data, literature for tech packs, support sourcing with tech packs, review samples, and contribute to trend-driven design strategies to reinforce the brand mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial design, including OEM or consultancy experience.

Responsabilités

• Trend awareness and identification of product and aesthetic trends within the market.
• Design and develop products based on project briefs, ensuring brand positioning and feasibility.
• Drive adoption by delivering cohesive product presentations to merchants using data and insights.
• Design production tasks including 3D data, CMF, and tech packs; manage lab dip and color approvals.
• Drive innovation and collaborate with design leadership to justify opportunities and size market potential.
• Grow and learn, set goals and develop an IDP within a retail culture.
