Job summary

Precision for Medicine seeks an Associate Director, Accounting to own GL accounting for P&L/BS across entities, and to manage Treasury and AP functions. The role includes training staff, ensuring GAAP compliance, and supporting audits and statutory reporting in a dynamic, pharma services setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a BA in accounting or finance, CPA, and 12+ years of experience across multiple legal entities in EMEA, with strong Excel and Infor ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities within EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve complex GL entries and JE’s.
• Oversee AP processing, cash flow forecasting and approvals.
• Reconcile balance sheet across multiple business units.
• Consolidate budgets/forecasts and allocate to entities.
• Mentor staff, document GAAP-compliant processes, and train team bi-annually.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting and audit support.
