Job summary

ICG in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an Associate in Credit Fund Operations to support day-to-day operations of a range of credit funds and institutional mandates, ensuring accurate execution of key processes with internal and external stakeholders.

You will oversee NAV reviews, cash reconciliations, investor transactions and capital activity, assist with fund launches and onboardings, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Fund Operations, Fund Administration, Middle Office, Custody Operations, or a similar role within asset management, banking, or financial services.
  • Good understanding of fund structures, investment products, and the end-to-end fund lifecycle.
  • Experience working with external service providers, including fund administrators, custodians, auditors, or transfer agents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve operational issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external parties.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience analysing operational and financial data.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion.
  • Experience supporting credit funds, alternative investment funds, liquid funds, or segregated mandates (SMAs).
  • Knowledge of corporate actions, cash management, CLOs, investor transactions, and NAV oversight processes.
  • Experience working on fund launches, client onboardings, or operational change projects.
  • Basic understanding of FX hedging concepts and related operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for fund administrators, custodians, and other third‑party service providers.
  • Review fund NAVs, cash reconciliations, investor transactions, and operational reporting.
  • Monitor and coordinate investor subscriptions, redemptions, and capital activity.
  • Manage corporate actions and support the resolution of operational exceptions and queries.
  • Support fund launches, mandate onboardings, and other strategic business initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency and control enhancements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Portfolio Management, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Client Relations.
  • Assist with regulatory, investor, and ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Maintain a strong control environment and ensure operational processes are performed in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the daily tasks associated with a newly launched fund vehicle, housing CLO structures.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic Fund Operations team supporting a broad range of credit funds and institutional mandates. As an Associate, you will take ownership of key operational processes, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic projects and fund launches. No two days are the same. You may be overseeing investor activity and cash flows, reviewing fund reporting, managing corporate actions, or driving process improvements. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to develop their expertise within asset management. Summary Of Our Opportunity

The Associate, Fund Operations will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a range of credit funds and institutional mandates, ensuring that key processes are executed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will join a Fund Operations team based in Warsaw, working closely with Portfolio Management, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Client Solutions Group, and third‑party service providers, including fund administrators and custodians. The role has a global focus across ICG's fund platform and requires collaboration with stakeholders across multiple regions. This is a highly visible role that offers broad exposure to the asset management business and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment.

Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
