Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright in Warsaw seeks an Associate (4-5 years' experience) to join our Corporate & M&A team. You will advise on private M&A, share and asset transactions, drafts, review and negotiate documents, and support corporate governance and restructurings. Collaborative, cross-border experience desirable. Hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years' post-graduate experience in Corporate M&A.
• Experience advising on private M&A transactions and corporate matters.
• Excellent written and spoken Polish and English.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills.
