(in the group of research and teaching staff )

• doctoral degree in the field of social sciences, in the discipline of legal sciences, doctoral thesis in criminal law or criminal procedure;
• scientific publications in the field of law and criminal procedure; publications in journals with a rating of 70 points or higher are preferred;
• teaching experience in higher education in the fields of law, administration and internal security in the areas of criminal law and criminal procedure;
• participation in international or national scientific conferences with a presentation;
• practical experience in law confirmed by practising one of the legal professions;
• experience in research works;
• experience in cooperation with the economy;
• experience in European projects;
• knowledge of issues related to the quality of education in higher education;
• availability to teach during the week and at weekends;
• willingness to conduct research and apply for research grants;
• scientific development plan;
• ability to conduct classes in the Polish language;
• fluency in a foreign language.

• a declaration on not having a record of disciplinary punishment which revoke the right to practice the profession of an academic teacher or of the penalty of dismissal from work with the prohibition to work in higher education;
• a declaration on consent to the processing of personal data included in the job application for the purposes of the recruitment process;
• a declaration stating that in the case of being selected for the position, Casimir Pulaski Radom University will be the applicant’s primary place of work;
• a commitment to submit the statement referred to in article 265.5 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science in the field of social sciences in the field of legal sciences.

Selection process

• the documents must be submitted to the Department Law and Administration, Casimir Pulaski Radom University, Bolesława Chrobrego 31 Street, 26-600 Radom, Room 150, not later than 25.02.2026. The receipt date shall be construed as the date of the submission of the documents at the above-mentioned place.
