Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst to join the Operations team in Warsaw. The role offers collaboration across business functions, involvement in process improvement initiatives, and strong onboarding and professional development.

You will work on-site in Warsaw with a focus on accuracy, risk awareness, and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in asset servicing or related securities functions, understand broker-dealer dynamics, and communicate fluently in English.

We are looking for an Asset Servicing Analyst to join the Operations team for a leading global company specializing in investment banking and financial instruments. Your tasks

• Identifying client needs and managing client and business partner expectations in a timely manner
• Working on the foundations of great client experience and leveraging available internal tools
• Establishing, cultivating and leveraging relationships to identify and execute process enhancements
• Paying strong attention to detail and developing awareness of reputational risk and accountability
• Articulating operational and risk impacts related to a specific task or procedure

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience (Asset Servicing or another securities-related function) within corporate financial services and/or the fund industry
• Understanding of the broker-dealer environment and the key associated market risks
• Strong team player, as well as the attitude of a person who is flexible and seeks to help other team members
• Ability to work within a high-risk environment and meet challenging deadlines and targets
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to work on-site from the Warsaw office
