CHEP in Warsaw is seeking a Polish- and English-speaking Trainee to join our Sustainability & Asset Productivity team. This role is ideal for graduates and students eager to gain hands-on experience in an international environment while developing valuable professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Database and account management.
• Support AM and Field Service in reporting and administrative tasks.
• First point of contact for Distributors.
• Assist Asset Recovery Project Leader with account management.
• Implement online platform (myCHEP) at Distributors.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external purposes.
• Coordinate audits planning and execution at Retailers.
• Participate in current department projects.

• Administrative support for Asset Recovery Project Leader in account management
• Implementation of online platform (myCHEP) at Distributors
• Preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external purposes
• Coordination of activities related to planning and execution of audits at Retailers
• Participation in current department projects
