As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our presence in Poland & Czech Republic – and we’re looking for a passionate and self-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Eastern Europe sales team.

Location: Home-based in Poland or in neighboring countries
Travel: Approx. 50%
Headquarters: Glyngøre, Denmark

Your Impact

As Area Sales Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving SKOV’s success in Eastern Europe. You will:

  • Bring our sales strategy to live and drive direct sales to producers and distributors in collaboration with our sales and service teams.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate closely with our Regional Director and project teams to develop tailored, high-level solutions, and lead negotiations with key decision makers on projects.
  • Manage sales budgets and follow up on deliveries, coordinating with SKOV’s Customer Center and Global Service teams.
  • Stay ahead of trends and players in the market to identify emerging opportunities and ensure strong communication between the market and headquarters regarding changes in customer needs and trends.
  • Represent SKOV at industry exhibitions and seminars.
What You Bring

We imagine you have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and distributor management.
  • Background in agro-industry equipment sales – ideally you bring a strong network within the swine or poultry industry.
  • Strong business acumen, commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling complex projects and working with distributors and producers.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Fluency in English.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in B2B direct sales, within agriculture, equipment, or environmental systems.
  • Experience with distributors or producers in the swine or poultry industry.
  • Background in agriculture, engineering, or business, and a relevant technical degree.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively, with occasional trips to Denmark.
Success in this Role Looks Like
  • Securing new direct business with major producers and dealers.
  • Strengthening SKOV’s visibility and market position in Eastern Europe.
  • Building trusted, long-term customer relationships based on value and results.
  • Acting as the face of SKOV for key producers and distributors in the region.
