audacia: recruitment is seeking a policy-setting Commercial Sales lead to own the Polish self-adhesive label market. You will build relationships with printers, production teams and owners, visiting sites to understand pressing needs and trials. Travel across Poland is expected, with support from European colleagues.
Native Polish speakers with good English will win new customers and expand opportunities while developing a national sales approach and owning the territory for growth.
An established European supplier of specialist pressroom products is strengthening its commercial coverage within the Polish self-adhesive label market.
The company supplies technical consumables used in day-to-day narrow-web flexographic production. Its customers value practical technical support, responsive service and products that help improve print quality, consistency and production performance.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the Polish market, develop new customer relationships and become the main commercial contact for label printers across the country. The role would suit someone who already knows the narrow-web label industry and wants more freedom to build a territory properly.
Develop new business with self-adhesive label printers across Poland.
Build relationships with owners, production managers, printers and technical teams.
Visit customers and understand their pressroom requirements.
Recommend suitable technical products and support customer trials.
Manage opportunities from the first conversation through testing, negotiation and order.
Develop existing customer relationships and identify further opportunities.
Work with technical and commercial colleagues elsewhere in Europe.
Provide clear feedback on the Polish market and help shape the local sales approach.
The role is expected to be approximately 70% new business and 30% development of existing accounts.
Supplier-side sales experience within narrow-web labels or flexographic printing.
An existing network among Polish self-adhesive label printers.
Experience selling inks, coatings, plates, tapes, doctor blades, cleaning products or other pressroom consumables would be particularly relevant.
Evidence of winning new customers rather than only managing established accounts.
The confidence to speak with both commercial and technical contacts.
Native or fluent Polish.
Good working English.
Willingness to travel regularly across Poland.
The ability to organise your own activity and work independently.
You might currently be working as a Technical Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, Product Manager or Area Sales Manager. You do not need experience with one exact product. Understanding narrow-web flexo production, knowing the customer base and being comfortable opening new accounts are more important.
Ownership of an important national market.
The freedom to plan and develop your own territory.
A specialist technical range with repeat customer demand.
Support from experienced European technical and commercial colleagues.
A company car and the tools required for the role.
The opportunity to become the key person responsible for developing the business in Poland.
