Job summary

Watlow in Lędziny, Poland is seeking an AR Specialist with Italian to join our Accounts Receivable team. You will manage Italian-speaking customer receivables, monitor payments and collaborate with Finance and Customer Service across Europe.

The role offers four days in the office and one day remote per week, with full training and added benefits as part of an international finance function, including private medical care and a sports card.

Qualifications

• University diploma in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Philology
• At least 1 year of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Fluent Italian and good command of English and Polish
• MS Excel proficiency
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts daily and run weekly portfolio reviews, driving collections of overdue payments.
• Manage customer queries and disputes, and present the status of overdue positions in internal and customer escalation meetings
• Own cash application, AR reconciliation and AR month-end close, including monitoring e-invoicing and Oracle transactions
• Prepare and analyse key AR and credit risk reports, turning the data into clear insights and recommendations
• Improve and document credit management processes, support Oracle Fusion projects, and work closely with Finance, Customer Service and IT

We are hiring an: AR Specialist with Italian
Location: Lędziny, Poland
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Working model: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

Join Watlow’s Accounts Receivable (AR) team and take ownership of receivables, primarily for the Italian market. You’ll communicate with customers in Italian, monitor payments and work closely with our Finance and Customer Service teams. As the team supports countries across Europe, your role may also cover other European markets.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor customer accounts daily and run weekly portfolio reviews, driving collections of overdue payments in Oracle Advanced Collections and releasing credit holds once receipts are reconciled
• Manage customer queries and disputes, and present the status of overdue positions in internal and customer escalation meetings
• Own cash application, AR reconciliation and AR month-end close, including monitoring e-invoicing and Oracle transactions
• Prepare and analyse key AR and credit risk reports, turning the data into clear insights and recommendations
• Improve and document credit management processes, support Oracle Fusion projects, and work closely with Finance, Customer Service and IT

Your Background

• University diploma (preferably in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Philology)
• At least 1 year of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Fluent Italian and good command of English and Polish
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work closely with Accounting, Customer Service and Sales to drive effective collections
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS is a plus but not mandatory
