Zusammenfassung

Avon is seeking an experienced finance professional to safeguard the accuracy and value of receivables. The role blends Order to Cash reporting and analysis with monthly reconciliations, IFRS-based provisions, and SOX control ownership.

You will work closely with Credit Control and Collections to reduce risk and improve processes. Key responsibilities include dashboards, data analysis, and timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Order to Cash or similar Finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with IFRS and internal controls (SOX) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial software.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs across the Order to Cash function.
• Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Support monthly and year-end reporting with accurate financials.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of receivables and related GL accounts.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and internal controls compliance.
• Calculate and record IFRS-compliant bad debt provisions.
• Monitor overdue accounts and assess credit risk exposure.
• Collaborate with Credit Control and Collections to reduce write-offs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Support automation initiatives and system enhancements.
