Twinings is seeking an AR Accountant in Poland to handle cash allocation, collections, and customer account reconciliations. You will work under the Accounting Team Leader and coordinate with multiple departments to support financial operations.

The role requires a solid AR background, good organizational skills, and proficiency in English and Polish. It offers a hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth within a global team.

Qualifications

University degree in finance, accounting or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables/Cash collections.
Familiarity with SAP.
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage tasks.
Communicative English (B2 level or higher) and Polish required.
Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
Engaged mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
Analytical and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Cash collection and allocation, dispute management, customer & invoice queries, order release and recharge invoices.
Analyze and reconcile customer accounts, cleanse data and clarify discrepancies.
Perform credit limit analysis and support credit risk assessment.
Assist month-end and year-end activities including bank reconciliation and reporting.
Continuous improvement: identify areas for process improvements.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams both remotely and on-site.

The AR Accountant will be responsible for cash allocation, collection management, customer management, reconciliation accounts, AR month end tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of AR processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. This position reports directly to the Accounting Team Leader and collaborates with various departments to support the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cash collection&allocation, dispute management, managing customer & invoice queries, order release process, issuing recharge invoices.
Analysis, reconciling, cleansing, clarifying discrepancies on the customer account.
Performing credit limit analysis and calculation, supporting credit risk assessment
Supporting of month end, year-end activities incl. bank reconciliation, preparing reports.
Continuous improvement approach - identifying areas for improvements.
Co-operate remotely and directly with local, regional and global multinational teams.
