PHINIA Inc. in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an AR Accountant (maternity cover) for its Kraków office.

This part-time role focuses on collections for the EMEA portfolio, billing activities, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely invoicing and accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of AR experience, strong English skills, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Very good command of English.
• Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish will be considered an asset.
• Strong MS Office and SAP knowledge.
• Experience in AR activities for at least 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all aspects of collections regarding EMEA Customers Portfolio (resolving customer financial queries, managing overdue payments through Collections Workflow, receiving and resolving discrepancies, preparing and dispatching dunning letters, matching payments received).
• Support billing activities, including invoice generation, invoice validation, credit/debit memo processing, and resolution of billing-related queries.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate invoice issuance.
• Prepare required reports on time (past due, forecast, billing reports, etc.).
• Escalate and follow up on issues through Collections Workflow.
• Ensure Key Metrics are met and service is delivered.
• Provide required information and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement within AR processes.
