Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation Kraków is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our GBS Poland AR team. You will lead billing processes, verify inputs, and support revenue recognition while delivering high-quality financial services to our customers.

The role requires 5+ years in AR (Billing), SSC/BPO experience, strong English, SAP and MS Office skills, and a proactive mindset. We offer hybrid work, private health insurance, annual bonus, and a modern Kraków office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in AR including Billing.
• Experience in SSC or BPO environment.
• Strong end-to-end OtC knowledge.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• German language is an advantage.

You will be delivering high quality financial services to our customers. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective support which is tailored to our customers' needs.
