AgileEngine is a remote-friendly company hiring from the US to build automated mobile testing for iOS and Android. You will replace manual regression tests by expanding coverage with robust automation and maintain tests across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin.
• Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally).
• Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android.
• Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.

• Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests).
• Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities.
• Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

What you will do

Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage;

Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities;

Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

Must haves

2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin ;

Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally);

Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android;

Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.
