Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a mobile test automation engineer to join our remote Poland team. You will automate the existing regression suite and expand coverage across iOS and Android, prioritizing automated tests over new feature work.

Ideal applicants have 2+ years of mobile automation with Kotlin, plus experience with Firebase/Test Lab, UiAutomator and Robolectric. We offer flextime, USD-based compensation, and opportunities to grow with mentoring and Tech Talks.

What you will do

Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage;

Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities;

Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

Must haves

2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin ;

Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally);

Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android;

Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.
